Abused mine for over two years and still going. Used in Haiti, jogging, hiking, everywhere! Was waiting for them to tear or something so I'd have an excuse to get new shoes. Would still be waiting! Got something different so as not to have two of the same. Even the soles are still in good shape.

I tried on competitors' and couldn't find the comfort of the tevas. i wear them everyday, all day and my feet are always comfortable. I like that the shoe has some weight but doesn't feel clunky or heavy. It easily accommodates the orthotic that I wear. My last pair gave me great service over many many months. Wouldn't wear anything else, and very good value to boot (ha).

These are great for hiking in the woods, they have excellent traction and stability. Because they are light and comfortable, they are equally perfect for all-day walks in the city or hiking in the mountains. One recommendation on sizing - they should be true to your size, but when they are brand-new, you may feel like your big toe is touching (ie you may think they are too small) - it goes away after a wear or two, they mould to your feet and fit perfectly. It's the second time I order these, and I couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommend!
