Not good for power walking.

I gave two stars because they are super cute and lightweight. However, I do a lot of power walking and was looking for a lightweight, flexible shoe. Since these are named "GoWalk" and are under the athletic shoes category at stores I figured they would do the trick. These are not the shoes for power walking. They are comfortable for about 5 minutes. It seems the soles are quite squishy and don't provide enough support for higher impact activities. Whether or not they hold up to a light stroll, I can't say.

I walk 3 miles/day and I have Mortons neuromas and flat feet. I bought these shoes in Wide. The cushioning of this shoe is excellent. There was no break-in time at all. They are extremely light but seem to be of quality construction. There is little arch, which I love, and there is zero heel lift. This is a flat shoe. As for durablity, only time will tell. I usually wear through the soles of sneakers in 6 months...They are the most comfortable sneaker I've bought in 3 years. Very pleased!
I love these shoes. When I first opened the box and took them out, I thought that there was some mistake. I have never felt a shoe that was so light. I wear these shoes to work and to walk in. They are very comfortable and I recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying them.
