I have a few other pairs of Chucks as they are easy to match with day-to-day wear. The light grey color is a nice addition to my collection with the same fit and comfort as my other Chucks; no complaints. I did happen to notice an advertisement with a guy wearing this same color, and it was not flattering. Guys, this color is perfectly feminine... just saying'.

Frustrating Inconsistent Sizing

I love Shorelines so much, but why can’t they get the sizing right? It’s SO frustrating. I am a true size 9. Converse size 8.5. I ordered a pair in black - size 8.5, and they were too small. I exchanged them for a size 9 and they fit perfectly (my true size). So, when i ordered a pair in Red, I ordered size 9. Makes sense, right? No! They are HUGE. At least one full size too big. This has been the case with the Shoreline line for years, and I cannot understand why! I own over 100 pairs of Converse in a variety of styles, and the Shorelines are the only ones I struggle with to find the right size. I have 10 pair of Shorelines in sizes 8 - 9.5 and they all fit exactly the same. Please do better, Converse. Love the shoes, but the inconsistency is frustrating.

I originally ordered the 7 based on the recommendation to go a size up. While I could have gotten away with the length this just felt too tight. I ordered my normal size 7.5 and those are perfect. They have just enough stretch and are super comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend sizing down.

This is my 3rd pair of these. 1st pair bought a few years ago and wore them until the had holes in the canvas. Love these...easier to wear than regular Chucks.
