Disappointed because fit runs too narrow

I wear an 11 medium width in all my sneakers or sport shoes. These converse in size 11 were way too narrow in the toe box and smashed my little toes to where it was painful after wearing them for only 30 mins. I was very disappointed because I loved everything else about them, especially the red color.
