Like but runs small!

I ordered a 4/5 because the my son wears a 5 in another shoe and they run big, so I was thinking the 4/5's would work, but now need to order a 6. Otherwise, they are super cute!

I purchased child 4/5 because I have the Disney Frozen in same size. this style is very slimming on the foot almost too small.
