ConsSized Small

This is my second pair of these shoes. First pair I loved right from the start. This new pair is sized smaller. My toes are right to the end of the shoe and is it narrower than my last pair. I am hoping the material will stretch a little in time. I am disappointed in the new smaller sizing. I wear a size 13, wish they sold a 13.5
