This shoe has a foam like wedge sole and after wearing them a few times a week for the first month the wedge is already losing heighth. Not a bad shoe, just not what I'm used to getting from Sketchers.
This is the third pair of this shoe that I have purchased. Not because they are not durable but because My dog truly destroyed them by chewing on them. These shoes have so much support and are so comfortable that I was able to walk from south street sea port to time square in NYC in them! Who would do that without sneakers! That's how great they are.
