I bought these shoes for my first hike ever. !! We hiked for 8 hours and they worked and fit perfectly. I did order 1/2 size larger due to other reviews and I was totally happy with them. !!

Sole Fell Apart Within a Week of Wearing

The grip strips on the sole of my shoe started peeling off withing less than a week of wearing. I have only worn them to work and school where I walk lightly six hours. Otherwise they are very light weight, comfortable, and cute shoe that I have received many compliments on. I just think they should have held up better if they are designed for outdoor and active use. I was just walking.

This shoe fits snugly and having a narrow low volume foot -- it fits like a glove and is true to size. The sole traction is fairly minimal, not a big deal but I have noticed the slippery factor. I haven't run in them so can't comment on cushion for anything other than long walks on pavement and they worked great!
