Sizes are off

I have worn crocs for over a decade. They have clearly change the way they are making them. The sizes are off and the quality is no longer there. I'm totally disappointed. I have older shoes made from one country and they feel good but lately all the shoes coming from the other country that they make them have been horrible. Total disappointment. We bought this in a 5 and then a 6 and still didnt fit my daughter's foot- which is a 5.
