I haven't worn them in the snow yet, so I can't vouch for waterproof-ness, but they are true to size, comfy, and a nice fit. Good deal on clearance too!

I bought these boots mainly for the price, but i wish i had bought another pair as well! They fit perfect, were comfortable, and kept my feet warm throughout a day of sledding!
