I'm 64 years old and recently had double by-pass surgery. I have to walk for exercise, strengthen my heart, and keep my weight down. I took a chance on the Skechers shape-ups and am happy I did. They feel great and after my morning walk I feel like I accomplished something.

i love skechers and i like guys sneakers the best. the shape ups r great. please do a shapeup in womens clogs,i have 4 pairs of ur sneaker clogs love them. i have tendonitis in my achillies and they really help with my comfort.
