Watch out for inconsistent sizing.

When I ordered Croc sandals last year, the instructions were to buy the next size up if you were a half size. I did so, and the sandals were far too big. So this year I ordered sandals a half size down, and the shoes are too small. I threw away all the papers, so convinced was I that I could break them in, but I had to finally admit that it was a lost cause. The shoes are just too small, and I can't return them because I don't have the papers and wore them around the house trying to break them in. This inconsistency in sizing makes it impossible for me to order them online, and no one near me sells them.
