These make me get up to walk. Most comfortable, my calf pain has gone away. I wear them day and night and in the morning I can't wait to slip them on again.. I own many pairs of Skechers and no matter what other Brands I may buy, I ALWAYS go back to Skechers. Will continue to buy more of toneups.
Wear them inside and outside. Most comfotable shoe I've ever owned. Feels so good walking in them all day; feet do not get tired. Great for exercising your leg muscles and toning your arch.
