I lve these shoes because they are very light. I wear these sliders when I go out shopping and long walk! I wear these sliders with red, gold and blue out- fit.

I cannot wear the sandals at this time because they are too big. I have to reorder them. I do wear my Shape-ups every single day. They are fantastic. Since I have weak ankles I cannot walk too much. Since wearing my Shape-Ups I walk longer distances and for longer periods. I feel the strength in my legs increasing, I no longer have celulitte in the back of my thighs! My calfs have increased in size...thats a good thing for me.
