Great Shoes but Incorrectly Sized

First of all these are the best sandals I've ever owned, that's why I ordered another pair. The only problem I had was with the size, I originally bought these at a Dept. store and they were incorrectly marked as a size 9. When I went to re-order them (no longer in Dept. store) from the Skecher's website I told customer service I measured them and they were obviously bigger. Customer service rep advised me to order the same size as my original ones. When I received them they were too small. Then I had to send them back & reorder them. I wish customer service would've been more knowledgeable about their own merchandise, it would've saved me time and aggravation. Still waiting for new shipment!

I have bought the second pair but only because the first pair come unglued on the inside of the sole. I have had foot surgery twice and like the soft thick sole, but very disappointed in the durability. I have returned them to the company and am waiting to see if they will make them good. I have wore Skechers for years but if the company does not stand behind their product then I am done.

I love everything about these Skechers. Most comfortable slide I've ever owned. Only problem is I've tried to order another pair for the last year and have NOT been able to find them on your website! UNTIL TODAY! And now you don't have my size!
