Love the shoes wish they lasted longer in the work place

I have been buying this shoe for about 12 years, I always seem to come back to it because of the non slip, is very good. However the quality seems to be waning a bit. I usually get only 120 days out of a pair, when years ago i would get a year to 14 months. Also New Balance has a new line of work non slip shoes that are very good.

i wore this exact style and size shoe for WELL OVER 2 years. At first they seemed "clunky and stiff" but found they offered both good support and comfort for long standing periods (up to 6 hours). i really do like them overall. When I ordered a new pair as the uppers were starting to wear, i used the same size and style. They look the same, however, they fell like they may be slightly smaller. Still wearing them and liking them.

We were buying them in a store but unable to find them. I walk a lot and this is the only sneaker that wears well. They are good for my feet.
