ConsCushioning could be better

I started buying theses shoes for work over 5 years ago because they were slip resistant and I fell in love with them. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my feet I have flat feet, a bunion & a narrow heel but these shoes fit perfectly. I do however buy the men's. Please don't discontinue these if at all possible. I have tried the lighter weight version but they make my feet hurt. Thanks
