I had a pulled muscle in the arch of my foot and was fitted with orthotics, but when I put this shoe on I knew I wasn't going to need to wear the inserts. The shoes just mold to my feet and provide great support in all areas. I love this shoe and will be ordering other pairs in different colors. :-)
