This pair of "Synergy - Loving Life" Skechers shoes makes about the 8th pair of Skechers shoes I own and I wouldn't buy any other kind. They are light-weight but more importantly, they cushion the bottoms of my feet very well when I walk. I walk every morning for 60 minutes on my treadmill (besides all other forms of walking done throughout the day) and they support my feet while walking and that is very important to me. I need shoes like Skechers to help support and cushion my feet while I walk and this pair of Skechers - and all the Skechers I own - do just that.

My physical therapist said in order to relieve pain for the MCL I tore, I need to support my arch. These shoes allow me to walk on hard floors with ease. I wear them with my jean skirt and looks great. Is am, all day long, an 8 1/2 and returned for a size 9 and now fine.
