These shoes are sturdy and comfortable, great for work and the steel toe is a plus. I do find myself tripping over my own feet now and then, as they feel a little longer than they should be, but I know a size smaller would be too tight. This is a minor downside though and just something I probably need to get used to. Overall the shoe fits great and are showing no signs of degradation even after several weeks of wear.

I wear these in my business as a trucker and was looking for something more comfortable than boots. I had a similar pair of non steel toe sketchers shoes for years and years that I still wear when I'm not working, so I tried the steel toe shoe. The general fit is good. I got the wide width. But just like many steel toe footwear, the edge of the steel rubs along the sides of my feet.. Since I don't have to walk a long ways, or stand for long periods of time in these they're ok. But extended walking would surely be too painful. We'll see if after a longer break in period if the fit improves, but since steel doesn't stretch much, I'm doubtful. I keep my old Sketchers without the steel toe in the truck with me in case I've got some long walking to do.
