I'm am a Law Enforcement Officer. I bought these for work with assuming the memory foam would be from heel to toe. I would of dealt with how they looked if this was the case. I had no problems with customer services or shipping.

Not as comfortable as the Shape-Ups

I was disappointed that I could not order the Shape-Ups in my size. I have worn them for several years and now I can't get them. I bought this pair to try out. The are not as comfortable and the Shape-Ups. I stand on my feet for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. These do not give me the comfort that the Shape-ups did.
