I love the shoes, but they're too narrow

ConsNot true to size, too narrow
I have rheumatoid arthritis, and especially have problems with my feet. These are WONDERFUL, as far as cushion. But,I had to order a 7 1/2, and I wear a 6 1/2. The shoes are about an inch too long, but they are very narrow, and don't come in a wide. It says that they're medium width, but it is more narrow than any other shoe I've ordered. I can't stand to have anything touch my toes. I don't understand why they wouldn't come in a wide width, as not everyone has a medium to narrow foot. I wear nothing but Sketchers. They are the best shoes for bad feet. But please, please, please make them more true to size and offer a wide width.
