I walk 2-3+ miles (about 15 min a mile) 5+ times a week with the dogs and I love these! they are soft, light weight, and its like you are walking on pillows! I actually bouught 2 pairs in this color and two in black! They never feel heavy on your feet, and wear great! We do both trails and bike paths, so we are on all different sufaces also. there is a similar style, but they arent the soft mesh side, I didnt like those as much. so be careful what you order.

Love this shoe! Bought 4 pairs! I hear they are going to be discontinued? They run narrow. I like that!

I thought that the other memory foam shoes were comfortable, but the air sole on these shoes just takes it to another level. I do lots of squats at they gym and these are the shoes for doing them. Also, great for treadmills.
