Love the shoe except heel area

Love the shoe but the heel area seems large. I have to wear thicker socks to keep the shoe from sliding up and down, which caused blisters first time I wore them.

The first pair of bobs utopia I bought were the black ones and I loved them!! I wore them almost every day, and then one day I noticed that at the top of the shoe where the black trim is, in the middle where the cloth meets the rubber, i noticed spots where it wasn't attached to the shoe anymore. And then I also noticed the same kind of damage on the bottom of the shoe and it seemed like my left shoe had the moat damage because at the heel the cloth part completely tore away from the rubber sole, but there is still some damage to my right one. I recently bought and recieved the red one and so far I have only been able to wear the left one because I broke my right foot...and so far nothing has happened to my shoe that has happened to my black ones!!
