This is a stylish shoes. It also fits the criteria for me as I am a nursing student and needed non-slip shoes with leather upper. It is very functional. The con is there isn't much support. After standing on my feet a few hours at the hospital, my feet started to hurt. I had to insert a different insole for better support. My right bottom sole also started to come undone after less than six months wearing them.

I do quite a bit of walking, so I wanted a shoe that will stand up to lots of wear and would be comfortable. I also wanted a shoe that is stylish in a casual way, but would also look good with semi-professional attire. This shoe is a good mix of everything. Some people have reviewed these shoes as being very uncomfortable, but I have replaced the insoles with some arch-supporting insoles (something I do with all my shoes) and they have been very comfortable even when I am on my feet for a long time. I have only had them a couple of weeks, but they seem to have a durable construction that will last a while.
