ConsNo Memory Foam Insole, Not Relaxed Fit, Only available in black, Tight in the toes
I'm a General Manager in a Full Service Restaurant, and spend around 65-75 hours a week on my feet at work. The Rockland-Hooper SR's would be ideal if they came in a larger size than 12. I wear a 12 in other skechers shoes, but these are tighter in the toes on the outsides of the feet. I like that they are Slip Resistant, and stylish too. However, I don't like that the available sizes are limited to whole sizes up to 12. I don't like that the shoes are not available with memory foam soles, or relaxed fit either.

These are comfortable, easy to slip one and wear well. The non slip sole is wonderful.
