The nicest thing about these shoes is that they are lightweight and comfortable. I prefer a bit higher top and a bit more cushioning for higher impact aerobics but these are good for low impact activities.

I have 2 bulging disc in my back and bought these shoes for everyday wear. I can tell a difference in my back after wearing them a few weeks. I don't have as much pain as I once did.
