This is great! Ryka makes the only mid-arch for a dance/trainer shoe! It used to be black or white. Now we have a silver with great tourqois laces! Love this shoe! I look so cool in my Jazzercise class!

Consarch support could be better
The shoe is very pretty, has a nice cushion along the bottom, and for my boot camp video i did, the height at the ankle was just fine for me. Had to order a full size up, but maybe with my jumping, thats better for my toes. Shoe lace length is just right.

What happened to the mid-hi of the 90's? These are too short for superior ankle support. The heel and arch support are good though.
I purchased these shoes for step aerobics. The soles tend to shread on the surface of my step bench, so I have to question how long they will last.
I wish I could get a shoe like the Re-Evolution model. I guess l have to get used to the lack of ankle support from now on since no one makes true mid-highs any more.
