ConsSize Is Off By Half Size

All my other Skechers fit great. This is second pair of these I've bought. Normally I wear a ten. First ones in ten took small, gave to my sister. She LOVES them, normally she wears a 9. So I bought in 11, too big. Gave to sister-in-law, she loves them! So, I've spent $120 on shoes for others. I REALLY would love a pair for myself that FIT!
