Consneeds more cushion on the insole
These two pairs of Ryka shoes I've owned are very comfortable, flexible, versatile and stylish. I work out boxing, circuit training and yoga Pilate's. These shoes are perfect as they are flexible in the soul. I am always being complimented on my shoes.

I bought these for doing Cardio DVDs on a carpet. The bottoms have little for tread and consequently they slip.

You have to get a 1/2 size bigger. Very lightweight. Great for walking.
