I have bought a lot of running shoes, from Adidas to nike to off brand shoes. But these kswiss are wonderful. The mesh top prevents that rough crease over your toes and the cushioning is just enough cushion and a lot of support. I run 5-10 miles a day. Light weight. Would definitely recommend. And the sizes are definitely true to what they are. I was worried that since my feet are so fickle I might have to go up to a 7 but the 6 1/2 was just right.
