These shoes have been a lifesaver for the last 4 yrs. When they wear out I buy a new pair or I keep one on stand by. I work on a concrete floor for 8 - 10 hrs a day and have terrible heel pain &/or plantar fasciitis. They pretty much immediately take the pain away. In fact I was on the verge of quitting my job until I got a doctor's excuse to wear them. However I gave this review a 1 because the last pair I purchased didn't even last a month. Even though they look the same something is definitely different. The pain was totally crippling, just unbearable, as if it was some other type of shoe. In fact I had to go back to an older pair for some relief. Since I've been buying them it's the first time that this has happened. I need another pair so bad yet I'm afraid to take a chance since they cost so much. Plus I see all they have at this time are very small sizes. Don't understand why the quality of the shoe has changed? The people at Crocs I'm pleading with you, please, please, please fix it or make it right.

Functionality-wise, they are as expected, however the color that is shown for the 'blue' option on the website is very false - it is not the pretty blue that is advertised, rather a very dull navy color. I realize that not everyone buys these for the color but I purchased these particular ones with the intention of having a pair that stood out a bit since most people in the hospital that I work at all share the same, dark colored shoes for working.
