First of all these shoes will feel vastly different than any other normal shoe you've ever worn. When you walk you will find they feel heavy on your feet. But, when your foot lands it is really cushioned by the design and makeup of the shoe. If you are on your feet all day, your feet deserve a break. If they also provide a workout and weight loss that's a plus. My main goal is to be able to do a normal days work in these shoes and still feel like I could go on a 5 mile walk. I believe you can do that with these shoes.

As a mail carrier I am on my feet for eight hours a day walking my route. These shoes have made my walking so much more comfortable. I am not going home with sore feet at the end of the day. I'd recommend them to everyone.
