Very comfortable shoes

Very easy on the feet after a long day at work. I walk two to three miles a day indoors and my feet appreciate the comfort. Takes a little getting used to at first, but quickly becomes a natural movement while walking.

love these work shape ups

I love the beauty of the work shape ups they keep my feet so warm and comfortable I wear them every day....
It took about a month to get use to these shoes, but keep in mind this is an exercise shoe. These shoes increase correct posture and this has strengthened muscles in my legs, back and neck. I have much less muscle pain at night, and feel like I have more energy throughout the day. They also cushion the feet and take a lot of stress off knees and feet when lifting and walking with heavy boxes. The do require some getting use to for balance, but by wearing them they have greatly improved my balance. To my surprise, I've regained a sense of balance which I had over 10 years ago I can feel even after I take them off. I believe these shoes will help me work healthier for many more years, and I will never go back to flat shoes. I thought I would only wear these at work, but I've ended up wearing them every day.
