I've been getting this style of shoe from skechers for almost 10 years. They have good sole support and are rugged for all types of casual activity, running around with your kids, light hiking, etc...

ConsWears Out Quickly
Spartas are the only shoe that works well with my custom inserts. The low profile and wide heel have less tendancey to turn over. I wish the shoe was of better quality without changing the design. They don`t wear well

These are nice shoes, but if you're walking on hard flooring you clop like a horse because of the odd "cupping" on the heel. it may just be how i walk, (slightly duck footed and i don't set my heel down on the -very- end of it each step) but it annoyed the heck out of me. I like to be quiet as i move around, so I'm never getting this style of shoe again..but i do love "SKETCHERS" as a whole.
