I ended-up buying these shoes using a $50.00 gift card sent to me from you. I had another pair of shoes that "came apart" shortly into the time I had them. You replaced that pair--for free--and sent me the gift card I used for these. I will continue to buy your shoes, probably online, as I need new ones. Your customer service is the best I have ever dealt with in any dealings with any other company. Thank you very much.

Shoe construction has been changed

I originally purchased this shoe a couple of years ago and received such good service I decided to buy another pair. The original pair had leather linings, as still described on the Nunn Bush website, but the pair just purchased has been changed to leather upper only, balance man made. Since I have problems with the dampness that often results with this type of construction, I returned the shoes for credit.
