I bought these in a size 9 for my 3-year old daughter. In some shoes she wears a size 8, and some a 9. She put these on and immediately said they felt too small. We purchased them for family hiking expeditions - looked like they were well constructed and would work for that purpose. But, we ended up sending them back. At our expense. My recommendation is to try them on your kid in a store before buying.

I bought this shoe in size 6 a couple years ago for my first son. My second son came along and wore the exact pair of shoes. They lasted through 2 boys who are constantly outside playing in the mud, snow, rain, and sand, how often does that happen and after you wash the shoe they still look brand new?!?!? NEVER, UNLESS its THIS shoe! He outgrew the 6's so I have already ordered the 7's and 8's(for future wear) I also bought my older son the Kaibab, which will be our first time to try this style but we've had them a month now and its looking to be another GREAT shoe by Columbia!

Waterproof and durable, this is a great shoe for everyday and is also fantastic for the playground or trail. It's great for handing down to younger relatives. These shoes will go through a few children.
