Teva keeps their word! My replacement flip flops are great! Even purchasing through a 3rd party, TEVA honored the warranty and sent me a brand new pair!! I will be keeping my business with TEVA!

The shoe is comfy with great padding. But the ankle strap on my right food was too loose. So when I walk the shoe literally flip...flops. I'm afraid I'm going to break my neck!
