Love BP's, but...

I love Bear Paw & was so happy to have the knit in winter white. However, one of the Paws was damaged (the knitting was lose, in 3 separate areas). The process of replacement that was offered to me, was to purchase a new pair, & return the damaged pair because Bear Paw doesn't have an "exchange" process in place. Disappointing. I didn't take the time nor put in the effort to make a completely new purchase & return for I didn't have the money to buy again, while waiting weeks for the return credit. So, I'm stuck with the damaged pair of Paws.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! Like the winter boots and slippers I bought from here they are SUPER COZY!!! These are so stylish and cute I can wear them with anything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEARPAWS!!!!! LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!
