The shoe is comfortable and very light weight. I tend to have a heavy step when I walk which then causes shin splints. Not the case with these! Love it!

This is actually my second pair. So comfortable and light weight. My only complaint would be that the tops of my first pair wore out from my toes. Wish they could put just a little something more on the underside to prevent that but then again, if they did that they might not breathe as well.
