I had my navy blue ones for a few years (I don’t know the exact estimate). And after many washes, walking through them, etc. Bought new ones in the same exact size and fit well.

I put them on for our family vacation and brought no other shoes. I walked many, many miles wearing them and they were perfectly comfortable from the moment I put them on. There was no "breaking in" period.
