Runs a bit large

This is the first shoe my daughter has really asked for, since many of her friends are wearing them, so I gave in. Unfortunately, they seem to run large. My daughter has worn other Skechers styles for years that usually run true to size and even once a bit small. She tried on a half size smaller at the store, and although she said it's comfortable and fits in the front, her heel slips out. She has a narrower heel, so that might not be the fault of the shoe. I like that Skecers donates shoes to a child in need for each pair purchased.
