shape up shoes are a little too deep. They rub on the top of the heel and the bottom of the ankle. you almost have to add a heel insert to make them comfortable which probably throws off the advertised posture enhancement.

I CAN DO A 12HR DAY OF WALKING AND MY FEET HAVE NO PAIN OR SOARNESS AT THE END OF THE DAY. THESE SHOES ARE GREAT ESPECIALLY FOR NURSES THAT WALK ALL DAY AND ARE VERY ACTIVE.

I really like my Skechers shape ups; they are very comfortable. I wear my Skechers mainly to work. You see, I work four ten hour shifts, and the majority of the time I am on my feet. But the firt day I wore them I notice when I got home my legs or my feet weren't tired. So I am really loving these shoes! The only thing about them is that they seem to run small, so go up a half size larger when purchasing.

Comfortable. But I would suggest purchasing a half size bigger I wear my Skechers anywhere that's casual attire.
