I have no back pain or muscle aches when I wear these shoes. I wore a regular pair of sneakers the other day and within two hours my back hurt sooo bad. I went to the skechers store and got a pair of the white sneaker shape ups. These are the only shoes I'll wear now. They are great for work, play or just hanging out.

These shoes take some getting use to in balancing when walking but overall I think they have been great for my bunions and bad feet. In fact, I think they are helping my feet. I also have two new artificial knees. These shoes are helping me tone my legs for better balance.

This shoe makes you feel like you are walking on air. Trouble is cannot get white in my size yet. Remember to wear them slowly at first because you will get cramping in your calves. They are the best shoes for NURSING. A little expensive but worth the money. As a NURSE you spend alot of time on your feet and now I do not even need to wear my orthodics. Just cannot wait till they can get my size in white, although I wear the black all the time. Just afraid I will wear them out before I can get white, so I guess I will buy another pair of Black ones. Again I cannot believe the difference in this particular shoe. Buy all you can get. They are the best on the market!!
