I wear the Skechers 5-R fitness shoes to work. Since "sneakers" aren't permitted on the job, these shoes are leather and practical-looking. They do the same job as the shape-ups, too.
I have had surgery for foot issues and I'm a waitress so I'm already hurting within my first hour at work. My fiancé , Tim Sheffield bought these shape-ups for my birthday and I love them. I no longer where an ankle brace to work anymore and I'm feeling my legs and bottom toning up. I'm usually at work in my uniform with these shoes on . That's true, I can hardly beat a temptation to put them on before night sleep. They feel so comfortable on feet so that it sometimes seems to me they are a part of my body! I wear them all day long when outside, often even at home, actually preferring them to slippers. They are just good for everything - walking, jogging, dancing, even for that leisurely smoke on a terrace :) Also they actually make you feel much sexier imo.
