They help with the circulation of my legs ,they have toned my legs I have lost weight wearing these when I'm not at work I have noticed I walk better when I'm wearing my shape ups they are the best buy for my money

ConsRubs on back tendon, Uncomfortable
Inside sole seemed very hard even though other reviewers said they felt like marshmellows. Hmmmm... The upper heel padding was way too large and rubbed awfully.

Just an overall comfortable pair of shoes that llok cute. one more great plus is they make my feet look smaller than they really are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
