I'm a big girl and a nurse and I need comfortable shoes... I resisted getting these shoes because I thought I was not in good enough shape to wear them but they are incredibly comfortable and help me with my back pain. They are perfect! I actually did not buy them from this web site, therefore I did not know they came in wide width, that would actually work better for me but they are still great!

After 3 weeks the jury is still out. I work on tile floors all day and can tell a positive difference in my knee and back pain, but shoes do not have a lot of arch support, so my feet do hurt a little even with orthotic. They are a little heavy and take a bit to change your stride, but are wonderful in the fact that your heel never hits the floor so that does diminish the knee/back impact.
Shoe feels great from the first time I put them on. I began wearing them a little at the time, but I am not sure I had to limit myself. I do alot of walking anyway. I work in a hospital and walk around 5-8 miles a day . LOVE THESE SHOES!
