Within a week I could tell a difference in my leg muscles. I kept looking down at the back of my legs because I expected or it felt like I would be able to see the muscles bulging. I'm keeping one pair at my desk so I can go work out at the gym and the other pair at home for weekend walking and shopping. I would almost say they are the BEST shoes I've ever owned and worth every penny! I'd like some designer colors though like Komen Breast Cancer pink!
