These are excellent shoes for walking! I do a lot of walking in my job as a school custodian. I like them so much I wear them everywhere, even church! I like the fact that they do not look like athletic shoes.
The sketchers workouts are great! I have some weakness in my back and arthritis in my knees. These shoes have almost totally decreased the pain in my knees and have forced me to walk mor upright eliminating the pain in my back. I am happy every morning that I put them on!!! Really...no kidding!!

My husband works at a high school and is on his feet most of the day; walking on cement floors. Before his new shapeups he would immediately change his shoes when he got home. Now, he wears them through the night - going on walks, chores around the house, etc.

I have high blood pressure and poor circulations. My feet have been in consistent pain for years. Shape ups have given me relief. My feet have minimal pain and I love them. I wish there were some with thinner bottoms for the summer months. I would HIGHLY recommend Shape Ups to anyone.
