I walked a playground for ten years, sometimes with a cane (because of the ever-tearing fascia under my feet.) My podiatrist said the "pads" on the bottom of my feet were worn down to near nothing, and I should never go barefoot. I live so near Disneyland, I have a year round pass, but I couldn't manage the walking and standing in line. So I gave it up. For years. Hiking too. Then I laced up a pair of Sketchers Step Ups, and voilla! I have normal feet! I never even think about my feet anymore. I just put them on and GO! I Even prefer to wear them as slippers. I have no more plantars fasciaitis, no more sciatica! I have three pair to rotate for fashion reasons. My life has opened up wide (like my feet!) Thank you so for these shoes. God Bless you. Eileen
I got these shoes for work and I love them! I am all about quality and comfort. I have been wearing sas shoes for the past 15 years and have been very happy with them, but that I have been looking for arch support and the shape ups definately give me that. You gotta get them, they will exceed your expectations.

I love my work schechers because they are very comfortable, I stand a lot on hard surfaces, since I have been wearing my work schechers, I can stand for longer periods of time, my feet do not hurt, the pain in my big right toe is gone. I wear my schechers for work only and I have a uniform that is required to be worn, everybody says the style is othepedic look and not stylish, but I tell them it does not matter, because the shoe feels so good. Now everybody is talking about purchasing them, but they feel the price is pretty steep. It was worth every penny to me.
